I stayed for just one day. The location is excellent for my purpose. The room look good. All the necessary items were present. Now comes the cleanliness an amenities part it was not great. The kettle supplied was dirty and did not have the proper attachment to plug it. The ac unit was just working only in fan mode. Lack of multiple towels provided. The tata sky was not working and the remotes did not have batteries. The included breakfast was superb variety of stuff to choose from and service was on point.

A repeat stay its location is central with both brigade road and g***da mall within walking distance, room cleaning service was good, we required extra mineral water which was given promptly, a few ******* the water in the shower area was not flowing out properly

The cold coffee with icedream was excellent with hot onion pakodas, the breakfast buffet with its varieties of upma and the service was good it helped that the crowd at 7. 45 was thin, room was good tv entertainment-was less with most channels-not subscribed,
