The rooms condition was pathetic, and literally everything was either broken or not working. The paint was coming off the walls. There are broken doors of bathrooms, and all knobs are ruptured. The service was so poor that some of the reception people were not able to understand english or hindi.

Location wise hotel is good as you have some food readily available in the ground floor. But there are few things to note. Housekeeping is average and they have given very very old towels which are probably 5 yrs old. Lighting is very poor over all in corridor or in the room sunlight will never touched the room bathroom doors do not have proper closing latches reception team is not efficient to answer and understand requirement over all. Not a pleasant experience if you go with family

Mr. Nizam was really courteous and helpful. The room was clean and neat. Over all good experience. Will definitely stay here for next visit.

The staffs at the hotel are not courteous. The room in the picture seems large but when you visit it’s actually small. The lights are very dim. I requested the staff to give us a clean blanket to which his reply was all blankets are like this only. Overall i didn’t enjoyed my stay. No ventilation.
