It was a terrible experience to stay in komfort terraces, bangalore. I had booked non ac room but there was no ventilation to this room and i was supposed to keep main door open make air circulation intact, mobile charger socket was old and didn't charge my mobile, in bathroom shower was not working, they were not responding for room service phone and i begged them 3 hours to get bathing soap. Finally i checked out early and booked another room locally.

Prime location. Plug points are not working. Asked for an upgrade from non AC room to AC but no feedback. They only call me my room for check out 😃

The rooms are okay and have old vintage style, but in the name of service it's very bad. They won't give you basic hygiene tools until you have took the ac rooms. We have booked two rooms for which the check-in time was 12:00 pm in one rooms they given us the check-in at 9:30 am because we were early but the second room which we have booked with the large bed they given that after 1:30 p. M

all shoppinng malls near chenkin and checkout are very easy and quick

I stayed for 4 days but the basic necessary things like tv, toiletries etc were missing. Complementary water bottle too i had to ask several times. Overall very average hotel
