The place is very good. I liked the environment very much. It is clean and decent. But in the property rules they mentioned outside food is allowed but it is not. The food in the resort is good.

Food pathetic
no options for breakfast lunch n dinner r simply spicy not flavorful
plus expensive rooms very average. Shower bars are broken
no hot water room which was assigned had dead pigeon inside d room which was stinking, so v were given d room. This room had no provision for hot water coz the water control knob s detached. V were not given another room also room maintainence just doesn't turn up. Forget having someone cleaning d room

booked and also call for early checking. Hotel say they will before 10 am but they give after 10 am. Hotel staff change d 2 room. 1st room 3 to 4 chamgardan (bat birds) was there. Another room chamgardan (bat birds) potty was there and final 3 room there was small insect which was not seen but i feel some thing bit-ting me. There service is very bad. I booked suit room for good sleep. But i not sleep whole nights. It's waste of money and whole night.

We booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and 3 children. The rooms are spacious but mosquito and cockroaches are there. They have shown archery and badminton courts which are imaginary. Rope activities have to be requested then demanded. Still it will not happen. The staffs are very rude as if the services are free. Tv didn't work, ac remote wasn't there and was provided after asking which wasn't working. After complaining from 1 pm, till 10 they did nothing. Then after complaining again they said we can change the room. Food was average. Water bottle is charged 40 and a tea 60. The swimming pool is big and well maintained. That was the only thing working, but it closes at 6. If you ask anything, different staffs give different answers. Overall very nada experience. Not worth the money and time at all
