I loved this place. Food is amazing, rooms are so big and clean

The stay was good. Buffet breakfast was a good spread of continental and Indian.

Gave very shady room and when asked to change room they don't have same category room as well as they don't have immediately High category so they asked me to pay extra fees which was almost 3 times higher which was paid

Old school 5 star Colonial era 125 years old property

The hotel is located in a coffee and pepper plantation. The environment is very quiet and beautiful. Some villa buildings have been built around the central lake. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel, 2 of which are open-air and ventilated on all sides, making it a bit cool at night. Dinner starts at 20:00. There are free guided tours of the plantation at 17:30 every day, and I learned a lot. Unfortunately, there are more mosquitoes after 16:00, and visiting the park at 17:30 gives mosquitoes a good meal. If you visit the park earlier in the morning or afternoon, you can avoid the mosquito problem. The room hardware is okay, but the design of the bathroom and toilet is very unreasonable. You have to go through the shower room to enter the toilet. After taking a shower, water leaked into the toilet floor and it was very slippery. If the shower room and toilet doors are separated side by side, it will be solved. question. Hygiene is okay, the pillow space cotton is relatively cheap and does not match the hotel price level.

Mr Saravanan, Ms Anisha, each and every staff members were extremely humble and made our stay more enjoyable. I’d definitely going to visit again The property is very well maintained and lit during late evening while you take a stroll around. Wonderful heritage experience

Food is really great, Venkatesh is an excellent host. And everything was great. The restaurant is very quiet and friendly with the staff and they are always welcoming. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with plenty of space and the kitchen staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable.

Nice hotel but service was lacking- we recently stayed for a couple of nights- our suite was large with separate lounge and terrace however it had a very musty smell which was unpleasant! My husband went out on business 2 days running so I decided to sit by the pool in the sun (typical Brit) there was no pool service and as a white female I felt very ignored by staff and even when I went for lunch it took 15minutes to be acknowledged! I felt vulnerable and uncomfortable - we won’t be re booking here next year

Loved the entire experience. Special thanks and mention to Sveta, Shobhit (Loya), Chef Shivam, Martin, Umesh (gym), Reddy (heritage walk guide) Highly recommend to fellow travellers. It's one of the best Taj properties I've ever been to and it is by far the best property to stay in Bengaluru. Right from arrival, to breakfast, lunch, drinks in the evening, dinner and even by the pool it's been a delight to celebrate one of our milestones with Taj West End.

Each morning we were greeted by Prakash Babu who served us with a smile and amazing hospitality! The selection for breakfast was spectacular! The property is beautiful, clean and the spa was wonderful! If you haven’t head a head massage, I highly recommend!!

Best experience as always. The Taj always surprises me with its hospitality. Absolutely love the kindness in all the staffs. They are very polite and always ready to help. It’s like a home away from home. The food quality and freshness of over the top, and the taste is always satisfying my taste buds. Loved every moment of my stay. Venkatesh and Giri sir shared their life experiences which was so inspiring. They took good care of us and we will be looking forward to have this wonderful experience again!!

I had wonderful experience at restaurant and I personal thanks to naveen and his team for really understanding the needs of the Coustem in advance . Need to improve on telephone hard ware systems and to avoid slippery toilets. Rest all amazing hospitality.

Great Hospitality as always very well taken care and excellent food and very nice ambience . To spend time with family and relax this is a great place to be . Excellent service by Saravanan and Venkatesh at the breakfast table . Nice weather with lot of greenery around

Have been here as a wedding gift and loved the experience entirely. Food and service is exceptional. M Nagraj at Machan restaurant took care of us very well and made sure to give us the best service. Jahnavi at the lobby made sure to give us an upgrade as soon as she got to know it was wedding gift.
