The room was great! the bathroom was neat! although the ironing table didn't have a cloth. Food was good and enjoyed the breakfast. Overall a good experience

We had a terrible experience during our stay. There was no hot water flow shower and the water was clogged as drains were blocked while have a shower. The food was also below average and returned it after having little. At breakfast buffet the tables were not timely cleaned and service was very slow. My colleague who was staying with us had to wait over 45 mins at the reception since his booking was not reflecting in their system even after booking was made. Finally he got his room after a lot of chaos and arguments. Overall very very bad experience.

I ***** with my family reached hotel vividus, bangalore on dussehra vacation. The location of the hotel is good, right in front of the race course. The staff are courteous. The rooms were neat and clean. The restaurant is very good. Food is excellent. Over all a nice and enjoyable experience.

Had to change 2 rooms in 1 room tv was not working another the ac was not working and 3rd plumbing of bathroom was spoil t terrible experience.

No space in room available to keep even luggage, not sure where some one will eat good in room for f ordered, terrible breakfast fast, no cleaning of table, poor service, ltd spread, over all poor experience

Hotel restaurant staff seems lost and confused. Ordered tea for breakfast but ended up having coffee and that too was cold. Even gave this feedback to reception but seems they were least interested for any feedback

Air conditioner in the rooms was not working and there was no ventilation the temperature inside the hotel was not maintained at the right level, with no ventilation.
