Genuinely, after the pandemic most places service levels have dipped. But NOT at La Marvella. It's the best service I've experienced anywhere, especially in India. The staff were all incredibly helpful. The spa is also really amazing. It's 10/10 experience.

Service was pathetic, washbasin of the room was leaking and as a result all our clothes were wet for that housekeeping took our clothes for laundry and they charged as v ell

We chose this hotel as it was offering suite room at a good price with a additional cot. Won't say the best of the suites room. But was good for our family with 2 children (17 & 9. Food a bit costly as usual in all star hotels.
