Good and decent stay. Accessible within the city. The hotel staff were kindly and friendly. The restaurant served good coastal cuisine. Overall a very good hotel and would recommend this hotel to others as well.

The stay was very comfortable and there were no complaints. The rooms were very neat and clean and specious. Excellent customer service and the food was good. Overall it was a great stay.

We thought about staying in a four star hotel as advertised through makemytrip. This property do not fit into this category. Rooms are very congested and no space at all. Breakfast is horrible compared to the money that we spend each night. This property doesn't have any covered parking space. Even they do not have any provision to park cars inside the property compound. After spending rs. 7000 approx per room per night, if you are not getting the value fir that, you don't take any good memories about this property. They need to sit and and introspect the whole process as well as services. You can't blame the staff for everything, few incidents of non- cooperation observed, but only the ***agement who takes no responsibility and not bothered attitude. Property is really old and can't be compared to any of the other properties as per their claim. Really sad to write this. But this needs to be addressed.
