Horrible hotel, no phones in the room, bad air con dirty toilets. In no ***ner this is a star rated property

Rooms interior is okay. But the locks give a lot of problems. I have been locked out of my room for 1 hr only for security to go from window door and get it. The other room also had room key card issue as the power was not turning on while dropping the card on socket. The only plus was that the staff were polite and cooperative. The restaurant standard is very poor. Overall a very bad experience. Hope they improve.
