It's a great hotel for a business trip. I want to stay at this hotel next time I go on a business trip.
It's close to the exhibition hall and there's a mall next door, so it's great for a meal.

The staff are the best feature of this hotel. Very friendly and helpful and took their time to look after me. However the hotel is extremely dated and tired and felt well used. Although my room was cleaned each day it still felt “grubby”

Personlized service by Mr.Ravi ,Nitin and therapist Pui they are very good in spa steam sauna and the herbal tea they provide is good i came first time in jiva whitefield taj vivanta but will come again with my family to avail this facality thank you very much will defenitely come again

This week, I was on business trip to Bengaluru to attend transformation workshop. Business Strategy, transformation goals, execution strategy topics were discussed in detail. But the real lesson of strategy, I learnt in place I was staying. I would like to share small story with you all. I was staying at Vivanta Whitefield Bangalore By Taj and I was having a great time with delicious cuisine. Everything was going smoothly, however there was one incident in the cafeteria that I would describe as an unintentional hu*** error that negatively affected my experience. Recognizing that the issue at hand might affect customer satisfaction, cafeteria ***ager not only assured me quick resolution but ensured that issue is resolved completely by giving his undivided attention. Not only this, but he also briefed the situation to the Executive Chef. He & his team further ensured with great passion that I continue to have great experience. Story did not end here… Thereafter every morning, ***ager and Executive Chef would personally escort me to the breakfast table and ensure that I get best of the best hospitality and experience. With this, I’m really impressed with their hospitality, personal attention and customer Focus. Their tenacity turned a situation that may have cost them business into a opportunity to build better trust & relationship with customer. Thanks to Mr. Dipak Ghosh, ***ager and Mr. K.Satya Narayan, Executive Chef for the same. Thanks to Taj Hotels for creating great customer focus strategy & brand ! Now I understand why we say, वाह ताज ! 😊

It was fascinating experience... breakfast is really good. Birendra ji attended with exceptional care and personal attention. Room cleaning facilty, laundry also very nice. Front office desk team tool care of queries exceptionally well.

The Stay was really amazing, the staff behaviour and everything was so perfect . Starting from house keeping Arpan, he did his job really well then the registration handled by Shiva Kumar and Rajshree. Both were very cordial in their behaviour.

I went with family to celebrate my anniversary,. It was worth visit. Yash Tamse assisted me very well and politely. Really impressed by his service. I would recommend this place to celebrate special occasion. Must have sweets and deserts ***** with salads

Prompt and efficient service from Apurbo in the staff. Excellent food served as per my choice of Jain food by chef Virender. Overall great experience!! From the time we enter, the reception from the security, scanning our luggage to the staff providing day to day breakfast, lunch, inroom dining, cleaning services are very satisfying and the staff's attitude even for late èvening requests for fruits etc are much appreciated.
