Room and hotel all good but price is wlakin 5000 all incusive and break fast also. Bur from trip. I paise 5800 without breakfast.

Had booked 2 rooms by oversight. 1 was booked on the corporate account and 1 more on the personal account. Whereas I wanted only 1 room. Had communicated the mistake to their customer care the same day, and mailed them as well. But they refused to refund any amount. Used only 1 room, the corporate booked. The other one for 2 days was wasted.

I belong to Delhi, have stayed at innumerable hotels. But the hospitality that I witnessed here cannot be coalesced into words. It's experience that shall stay with me for a lifetime. Wherever I go, I'Il try to find them. BEAUTIFUL IS THE WORD. Ranging from accommodation to food to cooperation by the staff, my experience has been nothing short of sheer bliss. This was the first time I have visited Bangalore and I think, for me, the city has become synonymous with generosity, which I have abundantly witnessed at Iris- The Business Hotel & Chef Pillai.

1. there were two cockroaches found. one in washroom and one in the room
2. the window curtains couldn't be moved as there was another hotel right next to my room and those people were at eye level to my room. 3. there is no coffee shop for dinner or anything.

Great stay at iris business hotel as usual. Extremely well located with staff members keen to help as far as possible. Nice variety at breakfast. Overall to be recommended for ease and convenience.

very nice hotel clean and friendly staff. we stayed here only one night but we had a good time. the area is central and I would return here, next time in Bangalore. A pity we could not have breakfast, since we had to wake up very early, but that was agrees with The staff

Lovely hotel, the staff are very friendly, breakfast was very good, the pool is amazing. Also the restaurant that’s downstairs next to the lobby has incredible food! Must try the desserts also. The hotel is very close to lots of shops and bars.
