Lot of things needs to be improved on maintenance of rooms. Bed sheets and pillow covers used are very old, smelling and stinky. Breakfast is also very boas quality and taste. If these areas are addressed immediately, opportunities are there for better business because of location advantages

Room is not clean. Cleanliness very bad. For double rooms. They have provided only one bath towel. room intercom phone not working. We have booked 3 rooms. And paid d full amount. One receptionist lady was arguing that only one was booked. no room service. Water bottle. Of 200ml for double room! only plus point is it's location. Mainly. Unclean rooms& arrogant receptionist.

The food was not upto the mark. Stay was average. The hotel was near to the event we were attending hence we had opted for the hotel.

Room & rest room was spacious and good. Only concern was whenever we enter the room we could sense the cigarate smell all the time.
