The facilities are incredible. An oasis in the middle of Bangalore. The best of all was the Service that was attentive and resolved all needs.

I stayed here because a friend recommended it. I was very surprised by the wonderful hospitality. It was a very moving experience, from the smiles and greetings of each staff member to the way they responded to feedback from check-in, breakfast, and after check-out. This is a hotel that will make you want to stay again.

I’ve always loved a night at the oberoi I felt brand new after spending two days there relaxing and eating great food. They have a great breakfast, Japanese restaurant and chill out door area.

My luggage was delayed when I arrived the staff went the extra mile to ensure I have what I needed to make my stay comfortable. They also picked up my luggage when it finally arrived from the airport and delivered it to my room. A responsibility that I would have expected the airline to handle, but the Oberoi team insisted on taking care of it. Love this hotel and I am a fan for life.

I had one of the most amazing experiences so far in all my stays around the different hospitality brands. And that’s the reason I extended my stay by 2 more nights. If one had to define the word ‘hospitality’, they should probably learn it from you. I can’t wait to come back again to be your guest. Moreover, since I stay at Gurgaon, I shall make it a point to have a weekend stay at your Delhi property. I would probably not be remembering everyone’s names but if I had to start it would be with you- Milan. I think you’re one of the most suited persons for the role and you do it so very diligently. Mr. Anirban- thanks for being so kind hearted and down to earth being. You’re one of the top 10 chefs of our country and the way you treated us was exceptional. Apart from this Nanu, Akhilesh, Om, Issac, Saravanan (both the gym trainers), Jas from polo club, Mr. Rana, Himesh, Shweta - all you guys were so good and amazing that I’m short of my words. We were there to celebrate our anniversary! Right from the word go, everything came across as exceptional! Whether it’s the checking in, surprise complimentary upgrade of the stay, very well appointed rooms, personalised services, decor of the room per the occasion, arrangement of the cake, dinner and breakfast, everything has been outstanding! The staffs seem to be working in mission mode to keep the guests meaningfully engaged and happy! Special shout out to the butler Mohit who is master in striking right chord with the guests! My 9 year old son has been super impressed with him!!
