The rooms was not only unclean, but also the hotel in general is not a good pick. Old and dirty rooms, with poor front desk support. Seems like a business going downhill

Very comfortable stay. It’s not only the hotel but the staff that makes you feel very comfortable with their ever welcoming service. Nice location as it connects you to the most happening places at a walkable distance.

Ac and refrigerator were not in working condition. The cooling effect was very poor. The room maintenance service was delayed.

The food was amazing. Pinky Singh was helpful. We like Korean chicken and Thai curry. It’s a must try. The ambience is really nice. It’s a perfect place for family and friends dining. Live music was nice. We had a lot of fun…………………………………………..

I stayed at your hotel for 3 days for induction program. And throughout the period, the stay was pleasant and comfortable. I really appreciate the cleaning team for daily maintenance!! IMO on food, Live counters were awesome compared to the buffet items!

Whenever I am in Bangalore, often I stay here including my team members . However this time ihad very bad experience as in my absence some mini bar item was consumed by someone ( though hotel dint charge me ) , it was rude shock for me. Also my observation was that my number lock of safari had been fiddled with but GM was more concerned about telling me that everything fine and it must be my mistake only . Was surprised to see this approach. But then I moved on as I dint want to waste my time in arguments . One should have luck also to have good experience to stay here. Staff were cordial , attentive but GM was really upset as why I am complaining . Overall good hotel. My experience may be exceptional case . I wl recommend people to stay. But keep eyes open

Excellent food and service Ambience Specilal thanks to Ms.Pinky Singh for welcoming and providing excellent customer service. Chef has made a special chicken dish and it was awesome. The lighting was very ro***tic and apt for a party and good mood.
