I am writing as I wait for my daughter who is attending a 'Midnight Conference' part of the MUN - Model United Nation Event... It started around 12 midnight n now it is 4:30 AM; during my wait I wanna tell you about how 'Sujoy' (from the restaurant) a charming, courteous, dedicated, young *** with a broad smile, who at regular intervals took time to check if I was comfortable - and asked if I needed an espresso, a sandwich, hot water... More importantly his dedication towards fulfilling his duties and responsibilities; I saw compassion, ownership and never tiring enthusiasm... Thank you Sujoy...

Stayed three days for business. I had to extend with an additional night on the spot which they gave complimentary. On top of that I got upgraded to a huge two bedroom suite. Breakfast was good with mixed Indian and Western options. In-room dining was excellent (although with a long preparation time). Didn’t try the spa nor gym. Shiva at reception was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back.

Had a really good experience. Priyanka and her manager Neha was really hospitable and took great care of us. And the food was great as well. Been a wonderful experience. Will definitely be visiting again for the ambiance and service. Keep up the good work

I was in a small vacation from June 21 to June 26 2024. From the very outset I was impressed by the complimentary upgrade given by divk enjoyed 5 days of relaxation.also Shivam gave me free lounge access that I wasn't aware of since I am hilton gold. This was heavenly experience. Please give them a raise. Also rinrin in the breakfast area was a gem of a person. She gave us abundant ginger tea always with a smile. Bravo!
