Good service, hygiene and room cleaning was specifically very good. Team used to make room tidy everyday without failure

Tv remote not working. After arranging tv remote by staff found only few free channels are working. Hot water issue resolved after 25 minutes after complaint.

Staff found very cordial and helping. Service was excellent. This was my third stay. Location is also good. Would like to stay on next trip. Thanks

Hygiene standards were pathetic. There was moss growing on the towels

It’s quite an old building and infrastructure is falling rapidly. You might not get water in the shower or there’d be no hot water or worse you’d get only hot hotter for hours. Property overcharging big time 3 months back biggest rooms were available under with tax now it’s or more. Find other better alternatives. Plus no food or hardly any food being served. Avoid this place.

The rooms were clean and good and the food was good as well, the check in was quick and no disturbance was there at all, would love to stay here again.

Worst hotel i have ever been to, not worth for the money paid 1. When we entered the room it smelled like we entered into wine shop, smoke and other kind of odour, 2. Entrance itself wil say everything about this hotel, you will not be able to find the hotel if you are new to the area because it's merged with other houses and buildings with small gate 3. No parking facility, you have to leave your car at the street with no safety 4. No soap no shower gel or shampoo been provided, they kept some liquid soap which smells like local detergent liquid 5. No amenities really exist as they mentioned in the website 6. Food is cooked by some hindi guys and breakfast with just two items that u can get for 50rs outside, that is the only thing served here. 7. Elevator not available from 3rd floor to fourth floor if you are old or taking old people with you better not to prefer this hotel. 8. Really not for family or pleasant stay
