The hotel is ideally located. Getting cab/auto is very easy. There are several shops nearby which are useful. Also, good food is available in the hotel restaurant at reasonable price.

Sterling keys by tgi is a good economical option for a budget business hotel. The property is neat and the staff is very polite and responsive. The room was very spacious and the linen and towels were clean. The internal room maintenance needs a little more attention (at least the room that we stayed in. Parking was available in the basement but only for 2 cars and a few two-wheelers so one must check for parking before booking. We ordered food only once but it was nice. Swiggy and zomato also deliver to the room.

The room was large but the bathroom sink was leaking. It was repaired but other leaks persisted the room phone was not working. The buffet breakfast was very limited in choice and the same food was repeated every day

In tv only news channels work. I have requested to add some movies channels thrice. Every-time they say would add it but they never did. Even after paying a good amount and after multiple request, they did not bother. On top it they did not provide hand wash liquid. When asked they said, sir no stock. How come a hotel does not have hand wash liquid in stock. He requested to adjust with soap. I did not expect this.

The location is convenient, the services are pretty average and rooms need refurbishment. Pricing is only for the location and not for the facilities.

I wanted a stay near bellandur ecoworld for my office offsite visit. Sterling keys by tgi was just 10 mins away from my office, with easy access to autos and cab. And evening walk to the nearest eateries took just 5 mins
