Very good staff. Took care of the needs quickly. Convenient access to dining. Good place to stay ling term

Work experience. Poor customer service. No help from anyone. Very poor. I have booked for breakfast included. But They didn't give. need to pay extra for breakfast(rps:2800). I will minus numbers for this experience. I have booked through online. But they are telling that no Name is registered.

Good speed and consistent wifi, decent and clean room/toilet, supportive and courteous staff. I was initially skeptical viewing so ***y bad reviews about the ***ager; I found him to be straight forward person, which might have rubbed a few the wrong way as in hospitality industry, ***agers are not expected to be that. For me, the only improvement area was the complementary breakfast spread. If one is staying for a week or more, the same menu of idli-sambhar-wada, boiled egg, bread jam butter and watermelon juice becomes too repetitive and boring.

overall good place to stay recomended to all in bathroom soap may be provided. breakfast starts late at 8am can provide earlier and facilitate early persons who move. all other facilities very good especially reception cordial

In one sentence, I will say it was my worst stay, and I would never ever go to this place again. Liked · I was charged rupees hundred per person per day for buffet breakfast. Breakfast consisted of good spread. Normally, people expect omelette and doses which were not included in the buffet breakfast. Sagar, who was at the service, was excellent. Disliked · On the first day, there was no water in the wash basin. Due to this, I had to change over to another home. In this room, I found, some work going on the above floor, which was a terrible disturbance. In spite of requesting them to see if Something can be done, they did only after we left with a real big headache. Now, something about the ***ager of the hotel. Not at all, courteous, and does not even wish you. I saw him in the restaurant at the breakfast time. In spite of knowing that I am a reviewer of ***********, he still did not even give a nod of good morning. I would say, he is not a proper placement. On the last day of my four days stay, I came to know that the quality of water supply was very bad because I found the buckets very dirty. In spite of the housekeeping boys cleaning the buckets, it was not up to the mark of cleanliness sadly. Myself and my wife had itching all over the body just because of the quality of water. The place is pretty decent for price, nice rooms and friendly staff .The reception staff is super friendly. They will make sure that you are having a comfortable stay. The only problem is Wifi speed which is limited and slow. Not suitable for work.
