Bathroom was too congested not able to use toilet as it was next to washbasin as 6th feet heath y person i was not able to set also

Pesky reception, this hotel is going completely downhill, maybe because of cost cutting, never booking here again

Stay was horrible. You have to ask for everything. Taps not in position. Front desk no responsible person. They collected rs 1100 for early check in at 6 am but gave bill for only for rs 820. 13. Cheats. Not a good place to stay.

It was an average experience. Expected the rooms to be more fresh and cleaner. The service is very slow and not prompt enough and the staff is somewhat helpful. The location is near a bustling street with eateries.

The water was not coming properly. No soap no proper towel was provided. The security kept checking inside the room again and again and if asked he'll look at us terribly. The receptionist looked sceptical. The fan was stopped mid night.

It was decent enough. I went with my brother. Staff are very polite. Only thing was that exclusive parking is not available. But i parked outside and the security was showing extra care

Was visiting with my wife for 2 nights. Called in advance to ensure rooms were clean and had toiletries received prompt assurance everything would be arranged. On arrival the room given had funky smelling bathroom with no working exhaust. The window had no curtains and the duty manager argued there were no privacy issues cos no adjacent rooms were taken. The door view hole was broken and stuffed with foil to block it. There were no toiletries in the bathroom most of them were out of stock apparently. There was no telephone for room service and tv or wifi did not work. They could not offer another room nor offer a genuine apology. They were constantly argumentative and justifying their lack of service.

They do not provide food. There were no bathing equipments and the room service was not as i expected
