A great stay at west fort hotel, room service is fantastic, food is good, hygiene is top class, aesthetics good. Location too good.

I stated for a very short time. Staff were polite and addressed all issues. Good and clean rooms. Resturant was good. They did not have south indian in the evening. For breakfast they have both south indian and north indian.

Hotel's ambience is good. Location is good. Very near to ks r bengaluru city railway station. Vegetarian food is good.

Initially i tried to book directly. He asked if we are staying till 7 or so, we needed leverage of an hour, he refused that also. His body language and attitude is worst, not at all customer friendly. While checking out they found some small stain on bed sheet, brought same bedsheet to reception and asked to pay additional money we paid. No bill was given finally worst experience staying here.

Overall service is good but in room some mosquito disturbance. On 1st day tv is not working. Breakfast is good. Clean is good.

The stay was very pleasant, rooms are clean nd hygiene and staff was polite. The staff welcomed us and the food was good and also it is very near to lulu mall so it’s easy accessible. Hence we had a good family time spent on this hotel. None. Where should i check on this discount
