We stayed at Hotel Paramos Inn for 11 nights and we can't say enough great things about the customer service offered to us. The manager Leon Antony was super courteous, helpful and efficient from the time of enquiry even before the booking. He provided us with all the information and answered our questions over multiple emails without any pressure to book. Although this hotel is pretty small and the reception area is somewhat worn out in appearance, the location is fantastic ( right next to the Bangalore Central Mall and the 9th block market) and the rooms were super clean with comfortable beds and good storage with a neat decor. The bathroom was basic but clean and definitely served the purpose. The most impressive thing for us was the stellar customer service that was rendered not just by the manager but the staff as well. We would like to especially mention Mohan, an employee that seemed to be there day and night and served his guests with a smile. He helped us with an early check in even though he was unable to contact his manager and he helped us even use his personal phone since we did not have an India number. He went above and beyond when one night our son had a stomach bug and threw up in the room at 2:30 in the morning. When we called front desk desparate for help, He went straight to work to clean up the whole mess without a complaint and with so much grace, patience and understanding. He then proceeded to replace all our bed linen and then the next morning, Mohan and other staff completely disinfected the room so that when we returned, it was fresh like before. Early in the morning, Mohan and another staff member Krishna had shopped for tender coconuts on our request and we didn't even pay them for these until a couple days later. This was all Service and not money oriented at all. The staff was very hesitant to even accept our appreciation especially after this amazing help they offered us when we really needed it. Mohan even called back to check if we needed him to make a pharmacy run the next morning. The hotel offers great value but the service we got here is very rare to find. We will stay here again on our next trip and we recommend this place whole heartedly to anyone.

Stay was very comfortable. Room was premium and had ample space to accommodate two adults. Great experience overall.

We stayed in UR comfort for almost a month as we were staying in Banglore for medicals. The staff are always so welcoming and ambiance of the hotel makes you comfortable at all times. It became our home stay at Banglore. Staff are young dedicated energetic hence it was fun hanging out with them as well. There are so many shopping options and varieties of eateries as well. We will always stay at hotel UR comfort when ever we stay in Banglore. It’s our home away from home.

We had a great stay at park slope. They had a great hospitality and the room was very hygienic. Had all the facilities at the hotel

The hotel is relatively new and the overall environment is ok. But the waiter, really have to train well, check out for more than 40 minutes, not to print the wrong date is to mistype the company name, the tax number said to be added and did not add, keep making mistakes. The speech is also very rude.
