Room was very neat and clean but very small under 200 sqft. Premium room should be bigger. No wifi is available where tv is just for name shake only. Swimming pool was very directy. Food quality was horrible. Staffs are not so active. Very slow in management. They will focus you if you booking in bulk. Overall accomodation was average in budget. Okay

I have bad feeling because u have failed to advice the trip, moreover you have given false assurance that they permit to early check-in and late check-out. Totally i decided not to book through you. Still more to say but useless and hopeless.

Too noisy till 11 pm. Might as well go to a pub in blur if you are looking for noisy ambience. There is no green and calmness as promised. Food is served too late dinner at 930 pm and answer given is ala carter order is given priority.

Location is okay, rooms are very small, not value for money. Staff behavior is below expected level. Needs lot of improvement in hospitality. Food is below average. Totally average experience.

The resort location is good, very beautiful place with lush green trees, but they need to really work on their service. No good wi-fi network at all, good quality is average and service response is slow.
