We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Although the location is not very close to the BTS station, the hotel makes up for it with its excellent service. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always attentive to our needs. The room was clean and well maintained, and the breakfast offered a good variety of delicious options. Overall, the cleanliness, breakfast, and outstanding service made our stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't mind being a little farther from the BTS.

Spent a lovely weekend staycation at Emporium Suites Hotel with my family 💛 We truly enjoyed the warm service and relaxing atmosphere. The sunset view from our room was absolutely stunning—such a beautiful moment to unwind. The staff were kind and friendly, and the room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the best parts is the convenient location, with easy access to Emporium, EmQuartier, and Emsphere—perfect for shopping and strolling around. Breakfast options were quite simple, but still nice. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’d definitely love to come back again ✨

it was of a business trip, the hotel is not located centrally but it has beautiful views, overlooking Mekong river. Although the hotel is slightly dated but the rooms are kept clean. Staff are nice, especially Por and Nook from concierge, both of them are patient and polite in our conversation and especially Nook who went all the way to help my colleagues with her lost and found mobile phone on the road. Lek from the restaurant is always full of smile and energy, love her presence each morning during our four-day stay. Should chances be given, we will definitely return to this hotel!

I've been visiting Bangkok frequently for over a decade, and a friend recommended this hotel. Since then, I've chosen it almost every time I come to Bangkok. The location is convenient, it's clean, the rooms are spacious, the air conditioning is nice and cold, and the facilities are comprehensive. The staff are enthusiastic, it's close to Terminal 21 shopping mall, and also near my favorite spa. Plus, the hotel includes breakfast. It's really great value for money! 😆

We had a wonderful 5-day stay. The kids' pool and facilities were great, and the gym was decent. The breakfast wasn't spectacular, but it had noodle and egg stations, and a good mix of Eastern and Western options. The location is definitely a drawback, but it's very quiet, and with international schools and condos nearby, there are 5-6 great restaurants that pop up like a night market within a 5-minute walk in the evenings. The bellhops were incredibly friendly, and honestly, everyone was friendly, but the woman who handled our check-in wasn't exactly unfriendly, but she left a bad impression. Also, I strongly advise against visiting the massage places near the hotel. One of them reportedly broke a customer's ribs by stepping on them, and the place we went to, despite having good Google reviews, was incredibly dirty and pressed so hard that it felt like they damaged nerves. They offer shoulder, neck, and hand massages in addition to foot massages. My son ended up hurting his trapezius muscle, and when I had a Thai massage, even after asking them to go easy, they acted like they didn't hear me and massaged so hard I thought I wouldn't be able to fly home.

The room was spacious, and the snacks were delicious. All the drinks were complimentary and tasty too. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich—the best I've ever had at any hotel. The dinner buffet was also great value for money. It's super convenient as it's within walking distance to Paragon, Siam Center, Icon Siam, and all the shopping hubs. The hotel staff were very friendly and always smiling. The surroundings of the hotel are beautiful, and it's easy to get to the airport. I would definitely stay here again.
