Furama Hotels Properties in Bangkok

I booked the hotel for 2 days. Because of their options, I told them to reserve for me the higher floor. They said yes sir, we already booked the higher floor room for you and we upgraded your room. But when I arrived, I see all was fake and I got normal room in second floor 😵💫😵💫. My actual rating for this hotel detailed: 1. Check-in Experience – 8/10 2. Reception & Staff Attitude – 8/10 3. I hope they will improve the service as well.

FX Hotel is 2 minutes away from MRT and 5 minutes away from Airport Airlink by walk. Very easy to check-in, explore the city and go to the airport at night or early morning. This was the main reason we booked this place and it worked nicely. Additionally, there's a boat pier, we used it to get to malls quickly. Just check Asok Pier on the map, sit in the boat, pay 14 bahts and double-check you're going to the direction of Pratunam Pier. Road will take 10 minutes which is faster than taxis or buses.

I am a regular guest at the Furama Hotel in Silom and I usually appreciate the quality of your services as well as your warm welcome. During my last stay (from November 10 to 13, 2025, booking number ******************, hotel confirmation number ******************), I once again requested a room on a lower floor, as I usually do. However, this time I had a very bad experience with room 716, which turned out to be a real nightmare. The room was not clean: the walls were dirty and the paint was peeling, the sofa was very stained, and the glasses and cups provided for coffee or drinks were not very clean. The bedside table in the middle does not even fit between the two beds, as if it were too big for the available space. There was no chair in the room. The air conditioning had broken blades and was noisy. To make matters worse, the neighbors in the adjoining room 715 were extremely noisy. I wanted to share this very disappointing experience, as it does not reflect the quality I have always known from your establishment. I hope you will take the necessary steps to improve the maintenance and comfort of this room so that this does not happen again in the future. Photos attached.

This is the third time I stay at Fx hotel.Make me satisfied feeling.

I researched a lot of hotels for my BKK stay and decided to try this Furamaxclusive Asoke as it is both near BTS and also MRT within 3-4 minutes walking. The surrounding also has 7-11 and other food establishments and Terminal 21 is also a short distance walk. The room we stayed at 6th flr was ok, it is clean no strange smell, bed is a bit hard for me, linens are clean though they did not change everyday but that is fine with me and they change our towels and ger trash everyday. If one thing that I am not ok is the sound coming from the street where you can clearly hear the motors and cars passing by even at 6th flr and note this room is already not directly facing the street so been not able to sleep well at first night. Also the street towards the hotel is under renovation so if you are bringing heavy luggage might be a bit challenging, hopefully it finishes soon. Also the hotel does not offer toothbrush and toothpaste (though stated in trip booking page) so bring your own.

All are great with good experiences, location, service, with large room size, service staff and reception are friendly. It is recommended hotel.
