I am really reluctant to write this review for I am afraid that more people will come to stay after reading it and the next time it will be difficult to get it booked as compare to now. However I changed my mind after some struggling. This mini hotel is more than suitable for the price and the services it rendered. The location is exquisitely placed and the staff are more than friendly; especially Jenny and Jay (both work at the front desk counter).
The buzzling street is filled with eateries and convinient stores (like 7-11) to provide one's needs, not forgetting the road side stalls available like 24 hrs a day, hahahahahaha!!!
Recommended for short stay of 2-4 days.

Overall, a very good hotel, but its located in a alley which can be difficult to locate, well, if in any doubt, google maps will be your best friend.
Amenities were great, location was considered to be quite okay, able to walk to Hway Kwang station which gets you just about anywhere you want to go in Bangkok.
Around the area though, filled with Chinese shops, pharmacies and massage establishments, if thats your thing.
Had a pleasant stay!

The location is average and the hygiene is OK. You can ask the waiter to provide bottled water for free. Toothbrushes need to be purchased separately.
If you want to smoke, you have to go downstairs and there are several tables outside the lobby where you can smoke.

I have been here for a month, from Pattaya to Bangkok, and have stayed in hotels of all sizes, but this hotel required a deposit. However, I booked it because it was close to where I ate. However, when I checked out the next day, they started to argue and refused to return the deposit, which was higher than the room fee. The front desk service attitude was very poor, and they said noono no matter what I asked. The wifi was incredibly bad, either there was no network or it was directly disconnected. If the wifi was disconnected, I had to go into the webpage again and enter my account password. It was basically a torture. Friends who like a challenging life can choose to stay at this hotel, which is very interesting.

There is a small step in front of the entrance, which may not be easy to reach if you have a large suitcase. The location is okay. Nearby is the emerging China Street, which has many domestic restaurants, revolving hot pot, Sichuan cuisine, Hunan cuisine, etc. There is a brilliant night market and a temple with good incense. It is 600 meters away from the subway station and about 10 minutes' walk.

It still takes a long way to get out of the subway station. The road is uneven and not very friendly to friends with luggage; it can only be stayed for a short period of time.

Very bad! When I checked out, I didn't want to refund the deposit, so I insisted that I smoked in the room! Didn't smoke in the room! So be sure to pay attention when booking this hotel! ! !

The front desk is kind and helpful, not far from the subway, the room is very clean, but a deposit of 500 is required upon check-in, and the first night flight arrives at the hotel after 10 o'clock, and I don't have much baht on me, so I almost couldn't pay it haha-- - There are many Chinese restaurants outside the alley, and there are also 7-11, which is quite convenient.

Well, it's a little bit out of the way. The room is more specific. It's just fine for sleeping while waiting for the flight.
