My stay at the Sindhorn Midtown Hotel Bangkok, Vignette Collection, was an excellent experience. It's incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping, yet still offers a quiet retreat from the city bustle. The room was bright and clean, with soft, comfortable bedding and well-maintained bathroom facilities. The soundproofing was great, allowing for a peaceful rest. The public amenities like the high-altitude pool and gym are well-equipped and beautifully designed. All the staff were friendly and attentive. I'll definitely prioritize this hotel for future visits to Bangkok. The 28th-floor infinity pool offers stunning views, and the gym has new, comprehensive equipment, perfect for leisure and relaxation.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. There are plenty of great restaurants near the hotel and transportation is very convenient.

It was exactly the stay I expected. I only used the pool once, but it was nice to have it open from the morning with few people around, making it very quiet. The location is conveniently close to the BTS and subway stations. The hotel has a clear concept and offers hospitality with fluent English. The breakfast system, where you can choose your meal, was great for a leisurely start to the day. Also, on a day when I had to leave earlier than the 6:30 AM breakfast, they prepared my chosen breakfast box the night before, which was excellent. The price is also very reasonable for this quality. I will definitely come back again!

Upon arriving at the hotel, a handsome receptionist helped me with my luggage and directed me to the 10th floor for check-in. When I got to room 2401, the same handsome receptionist was already waiting at my door – so thoughtful, I couldn't even look him in the eye! Sometimes I'd see him when I went downstairs for a smoke or to pick up food delivery. He'll probably be a senior manager at the hotel someday! The manager at the restaurant on the left side of the ground floor looked intimidating, but he was incredibly diligent. He had the brightest and most natural smile in the entire place. It's crucial for hotels to select their staff carefully, but they also need to be mindful of how they treat guests. I noticed many interesting little details and learned a lot.

Great location! The hotel is very new and stylish, perfect for the younger generation. The attention to detail is impressive, with a modern yet understated design. Excellent experience, I'd definitely stay here again!

The service was great, both the front desk and room service staff were very friendly. The breakfast was also good.

Hygiene: For a hotel newly renovated in 2025, the bathroom already feels a bit old in 2026, and the sofa also looks dirty. The room is on the small side. Environment: The soundproofing of the room is subpar. You can hear the next-door room closing their door. At 1400 per night, it really shouldn't feel like a budget hotel. The bar on the first floor is open 24 hours and is very noisy. The rooftop pool only looks good, and the water quality isn't great. Even with the air conditioning set to 28 degrees, the room was freezing! My son caught a cold, and I directly got a fever! It was so cold I couldn't sleep! Service: Breakfast is à la carte, one set per person. If you don't order the full set, they won't serve you everything. The staff ignored me even when I waved. The service is terrible, and the breakfast was incredibly disgusting, a rare experience for such a bad brunch. Facilities: The hair dryers are old models.
