1. Noisy, the room is not soundproof at all, conversations next door, slamming doors, snoring, all sorts of noises in the hallway, and all sorts of miscellaneous noises .... You should be careful if you want to get a good night's sleep! 2. odor, although the use of pungent poor quality air freshener to suppress, but as long as you lie in bed can easily smell a stream of a burst of odor from the pillows, bedding; 3. Service, no service at all. You go out in the morning and put the "needs cleaning" sign outside the door, then come back in the evening, and guess what? Yes, nothing has changed, no one comes to clean, you need to go to the first floor again and ask the staff to clean your room before your room can be reluctantly cleaned; 4. the cost, no matter how bad their hardware and software is, you want to refund the rest of the nights you've already paid for? They will tell you very forcefully and without delay that you can leave, but there is no way you can get a refund! Their attitude is clear: they don't expect you to come back again.

Overall, Excellent. The service staff was very nice and polite. Good location ( right along the main road, and is only 5 mins walk to the Samyan MRT station). Room for improvement: no elevator for a 4 stories building)

There’s have free services drinks and fruits. Really quiet even though the hotel near the main road. And close with train stations.

We liked the hotel very much. Convenient transportation from BKK airport and to old city centre via metro. Very clean, with comfortable beds and free water refill option. They do not have elevator to 4th floor but it was not a problem for us. You can have free snacks (toasts, banana, cookies, tea, coffee) in the yard for a quick eat. Recommend.
