Airbus Hotel @ Phawana Station

I recently stayed at Airbus Hotel @ Phawana Station (January 11, 2026). My experience was a mix of initial communication challenges followed by excellent problem resolution. The Service Experience: Prior to arrival, I had coordinated via phone and was assured that an early check-in after 8:30 AM would be complimentary if rooms were available. However, upon arriving at 9:00 AM, the female receptionist was unaware of this and insisted on a 100 THB/hour fee. The interaction became slightly uncomfortable when she questioned the validity of my previous call. Fortunately, a male staff member (likely a supervisor or from reservations) stepped in. He was professional and efficient, quickly identifying an available room and honoring the original agreement without any extra charge. I truly appreciated his intervention. The Room & Location: • Cleanliness: The room was spotless and looked exactly like the promotional photos. • Convenience: The location is unbeatable—literally steps away from Phawana Station, making transportation across the city effortless. Verdict: Despite the initial misunderstanding at the front desk, the quality of the room and the supervisor's professionalism made for a pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and location, but I suggest getting early check-in confirmations in writing. @A key card deposit of 500 THB per room is required in cash upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon checkout after the return of the key card.

The area is nothing special and it’s very close to the main road, so it can be quite loud, especially early in the morning. There is also a large construction site nearby. In addition, the neighboring room was separated by a glass door, which made it easy to hear people talking and playing music late at night, including one night around 2 a.m. At one point, the reception even called and woke me up, thinking the noise was coming from my room. On the positive side, the room itself was very nice and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. For a short stay of one or two days, it’s fine.

The hotel location for us is good as it is near the BTS station. The room we had is a connecting room and very spacious, which include a mini-kitchen sink and 3 toilets. Since hotel is near the road, sound from vehicles is expected but it’s not disturbing. The room comes with bottles drinking water, coffee and tea which is replenished everyday. AC is working well since the AC units are new. The staffs are accommodating and approachable. There are 7-11 and eateries nearby which is good option if you want to dine out, Bangkok way. We have a good time staying in this nice hotel. It’s really worth the money.

Had a wonderful stay here. The staff were kind and accommodating. I appreciate that they let us leave our luggage after checking out.

The room was in great shape. I loved how spacious and bright it was. I got amazing natural lighting and artificial light 💡 too. Which made great for selfies and videos. I loved the mirrors and lights built in it. My fav was probably the bathroom mirror. There was a lot of construction noise during the day, the ac didn’t really cool the room so it was hot and the frigobar didn’t work. But the rest worked just fine. I could definitely return!

The front desk personnel were very courteous and accommodating. When we reported something they hurriedly took notice and attended to it. We love that there is a balcony in the room they assigned to us and it was quite spacious, too. It was near train stations as well, it’s just a bit far from the popular destinations in Bangkok though but it was a serene environment compared to the center proper. Would love to go back to that hotel next year. Thanks Airbus Hotel Staff, my husband and I had a great stay there. God bless 😊
