Excellent! I always stay here when I visit Bangkok, but you need to book in advance, otherwise, you might not get a room. It's very clean, exceptionally clean, highly recommended! It's fantastic, comfortable, and convenient. Plus, it's right next to the BTS.

Stayed at Monomer Hostel Bangkok as a solo female traveler and had a great experience. I stayed in a 5-bed female dorm, but there were only 3 girls during my stay, which made it quiet and comfortable. The hostel felt very safe, the beds were clean, and the shared bathrooms were well-maintained. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming for solo backpackers. I would definitely recommend Monomer Hostel to female solo travelers looking for a safe, clean, and affordable place to stay in Bangkok.

I stayed in Building 1 level 2 in 6 beds bunkbed - ❌ the power port next to my bed didnt work, couldnt charge, it cause major inconvenience ❌ - ❌ i didnt like the lockers, if staff has a spare key to the lock they could in theory access the lockers ❌ - ❌ sink and vanity area is a public space by the staircase, everyone passing would see you brushing your teeth and doing your make up ❌ - ✅ aircond is cold - ✅ my room didnt had traffic noise - ✅ check in was 2 mins, very fast - ✅ toilet is clean

the location is sooooo great, only 2mins walk from Ratchathewi BTS. You can get 5 7-11 shops around Monomer, every night we must visit 7-11 before back to room. Cleanliness, service is good. But didn’t expect our room is on 5th floor, the staircase is really steep, me n my friend carry 10kg & 13kg luggage go up & go down, it’s a tough mission. 😂 If you staying here with aged people, can book another room type. This room type is at highest floor haha. Overall, I had a very happy time in Monomer, will try another room type if going back to Bangkok. ❤️

This was my second time booking an all-female dorm, and it was very clean and comfortable. However, that's just the nature of hostels – your experience isn't just about the facilities and service, but also largely depends on your roommates. Unfortunately, on the night of May 4, 2016, in the female dorm, some girls were playing short videos on their phones without headphones. Then, two other Chinese girls excitedly chatted loudly in Mandarin until 11:30 PM. They then proceeded to shower and blow-dry their hair until past midnight. You could hear their showering, chatting, loud laughter, and hair-drying from floors above and below at that late hour. It was truly embarrassing. They clearly have no regard for public etiquette. As a Chinese girl myself, I felt incredibly ashamed and embarrassed by their behavior. In the future, I'll remember to choose hostels that are less frequented by Chinese travelers. It's a real shame.

1. There's no elevator, and the stairs are steep with narrow gaps between steps. The front desk staff won't help you carry luggage to your room. 2. Air conditioning is permanently switched off in rooms from November 11th to 14th, so you can't go back for an afternoon nap. 3. Slippers aren't provided, there are no facilities for self-service laundry, and nowhere to dry clothes. 4. Overall, it's clean. Male and female guests are accommodated on separate floors. Each floor has shared toilets and showers, with good wet and dry separation and individual shower stalls. 5. No deposit is required, and they provide key locks.

I always stay at this place, the hygiene is consistently good, and it's especially suitable for female travelers. The transportation is also convenient. Try to book a five-person room, as it's more spacious; I wouldn't recommend other room types. Plus, it's very, very close to the BTS.

The place is clean and easy navigate very convenient right infront of the bts station, and 711 is right outside the corner, however if you have heavy luggage it might be a little troublesome as the hostel has 5 floors but no lift available. The stairs space is also very small. But overall i had a decent stays

Stayed here with my sister and it exceeded our expectations! It was super clean and tidy. What really surprised me was that the male and female dorms are in separate buildings, which is great for ensuring privacy and comfort for everyone. You have to take your shoes off before entering, which keeps everything spotless. They provide bath towels, shower gel, shampoo, 24-hour hot water for showers, and drinkable water. There's even a fridge on the first floor! Lockers and locks are provided, and the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable.

Satisfied! I really liked it. It was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, and the mattress was incredibly thick, making for a very comfortable sleep. The room also had a lovely, fresh scent. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bangkok and will recommend it to my friends.

I stayed at Monomer Hostel during my trip to Bangkok and overall it was a very pleasant experience. I chose this hostel mainly because of its location, and it definitely did not disappoint. One of the best things about Monomer Hostel is how convenient the location is. It is very close to the BTS station, which makes getting around Bangkok extremely easy. Whether you want to visit shopping malls, markets, or tourist attractions, transportation is very accessible. For example, going to Siam is very quick and convenient, only a few stops away, so it’s perfect if you plan to spend time shopping or exploring that area. Another thing I really liked is the surroundings of the hostel. Right next door there is a 7-Eleven, which is incredibly convenient. You can easily buy water, snacks, drinks, or any daily necessities at any time of the day since it is open 24 hours. After a long day of walking around Bangkok, it’s great to have such easy access to convenience stores nearby. There are also massage shops just next to the hostel. This was actually a big plus for me. Bangkok is a city where you will probably walk a lot, so being able to get a relaxing Thai massage just a few steps away from the hostel is very nice. It’s a great way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The hostel itself is clean and comfortable. The environment is suitable for backpackers or travelers who want an affordable place to stay in a central location. The common areas are nice for relaxing, and overall the atmosphere is quite pleasant. What I appreciate most about this hostel is the balance between price and convenience. For travelers who want a budget-friendly stay while still being close to transportation and popular areas like Siam, Monomer Hostel is a very good option. Overall, I had a good stay and would recommend this hostel to other travelers who are visiting Bangkok, especially if you want a place that is easy to access, surrounded by useful facilities like convenience stores and massage shops, and close to major shopping areas.

I had a genuinely pleasant stay at Monomer Hostel and would highly recommend it, particularly for solo travelers and female guests who prioritize cleanliness, comfort, and safety. First of all, the front desk staff member was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. He was not only professional but also very approachable, which immediately created a warm and positive first impression. Small interactions like this can truly enhance the overall experience of staying in a hostel. The location is another major advantage. There is a convenience store nearby, which makes it easy to grab snacks or daily necessities at any time. In addition, there are many massage parlours in the surrounding area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. The hostel is also within easy walking distance of the train station, making transportation extremely convenient for travelers who wish to explore Bangkok. One aspect that impressed me the most was the cleanliness of the hostel. The entire environment is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very cozy. The atmosphere feels calm and comfortable, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. There is also a common area available for guests to relax, work, or simply spend some quiet time. Interestingly, most guests tend to mind their own business, which creates a peaceful environment. If you are someone who enjoys working, reading, or simply having personal space, this place is ideal. However, if you are hoping to meet new people and socialize, you may need to take the initiative and start the conversation yourself. Another small highlight is the excellent coffee shop located nearby. The coffee there is surprisingly good and is definitely worth trying if you enjoy starting your day with a quality cup of coffee. Finally, I would like to emphasize the sense of safety at this hostel. As a female traveler, I felt extremely secure during my stay. The environment feels well-managed, respectful, and comfortable for women traveling alone. In terms of safety for female guests, I would confidently rate this place number one. Overall, Monomer Hostel offers a wonderful balance of cleanliness, convenience, comfort, and safety. It is an excellent choice for travelers who appreciate a peaceful environment while staying in a well-located and thoughtfully maintained hostel.
