The room was not very clean, and there were stains in the bathroom. The door did not close properly, and the soundproofing was poor, so I could clearly hear people talking outside. The service was also quite disappointing and could definitely be improved

If you’ve ever had a 6:00 AM flight out of Don Mueang (DMK) and dreaded the Bangkok morning traffic, this place is a literal lifesaver. It’s not a luxury resort, but it hits the "convenience and comfort" nail right on the head.

I stayed in a room at the first floor. The room floor still had hairs and a plastic cap. I saw spider web too at the corner of the room. The toilet floor was not that clean as the floor drain was a bit clogged. The ceiling was leaking too from the upper floor. Water drops were falling on to my head when I had my morning business.

The room wasn't quite as pictured online and felt a bit dirty, with noticeable spiderwebs on the ceiling. However, the staff were incredibly helpful and even offered to switch my room. My main suggestion would be for them to improve their room cleaning standards. Overall, it was an acceptable stay, and the hotel's location right by the airport is convenient.

Everything looked much better on trip.com. Construction noise after midnight. The worst room so far near Don Mueang.

I rarely write reviews, but this time I feel I must, especially for others who might be looking for a place to stay, because this accommodation was absolutely not worth the money. It would be vastly improved with a renovation, or perhaps it was just the specific room we were assigned, but it was extremely dirty and old. The mattress was so hard, the springs were practically poking through. Traffic noise was relentless all night, making it impossible to sleep. Upon waking, the room was filled with the smell of grilled chicken, as if it had been 'hot-smoked' overnight. For nearly 800 Baht, this was ridiculously overpriced and truly not worth it.

severe black mold In all showers, bad smell all round, rooms dirty, beds dirty, towels dirty I can go on.... this place may be cheap, but this is no excuse for it beeing very unhygienic.

Good for a short stay however keep in mind there are no elevators. Front desk was nice enough to help me carry my suitcase to the top floor.

The staff were incredibly helpful, and the room was decent.
