It was going good up until I was asked about some towels being very dirty, collected during an average clean of the room (they didn’t clean the bathroom). I was charged 300THB for dirtying the towels I used.
I offered to clean them at the laundrette or to replace them with brand new towels, all at a fraction of the cost, they refused. This is an opportunistic hotel, looking for ways to make money out of customers. Everything in the room is white, so be aware that the hotel will find ways to get you! I wouldn’t book here again, the staff at reception are very rude and money-driven.

There were too many red ants all over the bed and the room, hot water was available all the time and they did give one bottle of water per person per day, however there was a pigeons nest in the floor in the balcony and the cleanliness was not the best, also it’s way off anything in the city.

The room is okay but blanket is dirty,the toilet is not totally clean and the balcony door is not easy to open and some birds poop.

Should be provid more amenities and services. Also the elevator and stairs are so difficult to carry the baggage. The hotel are very clean and the location is very well.

Advert says city view all we got was a caged in balcony opposite a seven eleven the noise from the street disturbed sleep
Had to ask for water as did not service the room
No kettle or coffee offered
This is so far the worst placed I’ve stayed
I wish I had not left my previous hotel
