This was my last stop in India, New Delhi. I saw pictures online of a comfortable room with a large balcony, so I booked it. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk charged me 1500 rupees. I explained that I had already paid approximately 1500 rupees online with my card. The front desk staff then claimed that the online payment was just a reservation fee, not for the stay itself. As a solo female traveler arriving in India after dark, I really had no choice but to accept it. When I opened the door, the room looked nothing like what was advertised online. There was no balcony, and barely any hot water in the bathroom, though thankfully the weather was warm. I considered switching hotels, but after searching, I found that most nearby places had similar reviews, and I'd likely be charged an extra 1000-1500 rupees even after booking online. So, I just went back to the front desk to extend my stay for another night, and they charged me 2000 rupees. So, what exactly was that 3000 rupees I paid yesterday for? Most importantly, the service attitude was the worst I experienced throughout my entire trip to India. The only good thing about this place is its proximity to the airport.

Located about 10 minutes walk from Asok BTS. Fairly convenient. Room is nice and clean. Everything in working condition.

Lately, we've only been staying there when we're in Bangkok. I love the Asok area and it's right next to Emsphere shopping mall.

There were hardly any amenities, and the convenience store was quite far. The TV didn't work. However, the location isn't bad as it's within walking distance to Terminal 21.

The hotel stated that the Wi-Fi was out of order, and no alternative was provided, so I couldn't use Wi-Fi in the room. This was not explained at the front desk; instead, I found a note in the room.
