Loved it! Very convenient, clean, and the room was spacious. It was a comfortable and relaxing stay. Close to Central department store, which was super convenient. Highly recommend!

The front desk staff are always friendly and polite. There's a free shuttle to the subway, and a 7-Eleven right downstairs. It's great value for money! I'll definitely stay here again next time. The breakfast is delicious, and the food options change daily!

Super convenient! There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, and the hotel smells amazing. The staff are really helpful, and ordering Grab (food delivery) is easy.

The hotel is about 30 minutes from the airport, or around 20 minutes if there's no traffic. However, it's a bit far from the subway station. There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs, and a large mall called Jodd Fairs is about a 15-minute walk away. All the staff are very nice.

The hotel room was quite dusty, which might be uncomfortable for people with allergies. The breakfast was pretty standard. There's a 7-11 next to the hotel and a few large shopping malls nearby. The security guard downstairs was very friendly and helped with our luggage.

It's a bit of a shame there are no massage parlors nearby. While there's a large shopping mall next door, both Jodd Fairs Night Market and Big C are quite a walk away. It's relatively quiet at night, probably because it's a bit further out from the city center.

Overall, we were very satisfied. The staff were friendly and even folded animal towels for the kids, which was a lovely touch. Security was also very strict, and we felt safe during our entire 6-day stay. Breakfast was average, but acceptable. The hotel is conveniently located near a mall, night market, and supermarket, and transportation is also good.

The location is very convenient, with a 7-Eleven and restaurants downstairs. The swimming pool is clean and hygienic. The hotel offers shuttle services to the train night market and the MRT. All staff members in the entire hotel are polite.
