The Great Residence Suvarnabhumi Airport

Everything was good. It's not far from the airport and has a swimming pool. It's suitable for relaxing before a flight. There's a river nearby where you can go boating.

Comfortable room with air conditioning, and the pool was a very pleasant bonus. The staff were very kind and helpful.

This airport resort offers incredible value for money. It's wonderfully quiet, away from the city's hustle and bustle. The facilities are comprehensive, with a spa, restaurant, and a relaxing courtyard – it's really pleasant to just wander around the hotel if you're not rushing for a flight. The daily cleaning is thorough, hot water is consistent, and there's a convenience store just a few minutes' walk away. The shuttle service runs frequently, making travel with luggage completely stress-free. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next layover.

The hotel is close to the airport and accessible via shuttle bus. The room is decent for a couple of days, though it definitely feels like it could use a renovation. There are a few 7/11s nearby.

Booked two rooms after getting off the plane. Arrived at the accommodation around midnight. The rooms didn't match the pictures online. Only stayed for 4-5 hours of sleep. In the first room, the shower in the bathroom overflowed, and there were burn marks on the power outlet, so I didn't dare to charge anything. In the second room, as soon as I opened the door, there was a terrible smell, like dead rats. Plus, there was a staircase leading down inside the room. After being in the room for about 10 minutes, I asked to change rooms. I had a bad feeling about it. Before even entering the hotel, there was a huge snake blocking the path. I wondered if it was a warning of some kind. I never expected to encounter such issues! 😱

Accommodation is okay, comfortable beds, very cold AC, and friendly staff.
