Great location, but unfortunately, there was no hot water for a shower in the middle of the night. When they finally fixed it, the water was yellowish!

The connecting door to the room next door made me a little uneasy. After calling the staff, they assured me that as long as neither party opens their door, there's no way to access the other room. Aside from that, their service was excellent and the breakfast was delicious.

Red Flag 1: A "Transparent Sliding Glass Door" Offering Zero Privacy: This completely redefined my understanding of a "hotel room door"! The entrance wasn't a normal solid door, but an entire wall of transparent glass sliding doors, with no additional security chain! Anyone walking down the hallway had a full view into the room. The most outrageous part is that Trip.com/Ctrip's listing made "zero mention and zero risk warnings" about this. We immediately requested a room change upon check-in, but the hotel refused, citing full occupancy, and wouldn't allow cancellation. Their bizarre excuse was: "The glass door is shown in the 7th and 17th of the 32 photos on the details page." Using such an incredibly subtle way to conceal a room defect constitutes severe misleading and fraudulent behavior! Red Flag 2: Soundproofing That's Virtually Non-Existent: Precisely because the entrance door is an all-glass panel, the room's soundproofing is almost zero. Footsteps in the hallway, noise from the outside pool, and even the daily conversations of neighbors next door were clearly audible in our room, making a good night's sleep impossible. Red Flag 3: A Fatal Security Flaw – An Unlocked, Hidden Connecting Door: This was the most chilling point! There was a hidden connecting door in the room, which the front desk never mentioned during check-in. Because the soundproofing was so poor, on our third night, we followed a sound and accidentally pulled this door open, coming face-to-face with our neighbors in their room! This door was completely unlocked the entire time, meaning a stranger from next door could push it open and enter our private guest room at any time, leaving our personal and property safety completely compromised! Red Flag 4: Appalling Service Attitude and Subpar Hardware: After discovering such a major security flaw, the hotel not only showed no remorse but arrogantly questioned the guest: "Why did you open that door?" Their blame-shifting attitude was infuriating. Furthermore, despite being a couple, the hotel stubbornly only provided one room key during check-in, causing immense inconvenience when we wanted to go our separate ways. How did this hotel achieve a 4-diamond rating on the platform?
