Very nice room, spacious and comfortable. Everything very clean. You can notice the humidity in the bathroom but nothing big. Would stay again.

The front desk staff mostly speak Chinese and offer excellent service. There's a laundry shop and snack bars nearby, and it's walking distance to Jodd Fairs Rama 9. I might stay here again next time I'm in Bangkok.

The rooms are older but big and okay for the price. The water pressure is quite low and some details could be cleaned better but sheets and towels were clean and no stains(which I unfortunately encountered in other places). I really liked the location, 7 and Lawson in front, and Banthat Thong road is walking distance, that area is really awesome to explore and sit somewhere for food or drinks. Otherwise I used Grab bike and everything was only a short ride away. The view from north side of the north tower is quite nice, but from the other side you can only see the pool. The staff is extremely nice and helpful :)

Had a very nice stay at The Twin Towers hotel. The rooms where very spacious and clean. The pool was nice to cool off in after a long day in Bangkok. The staff were very friendly and super helpful.

Hotel breakfast is excellent. Location is a bit far from shopping luckily hotel provides a shuttle to MBK Center for 30 baht. Nearby has good seafood restaurants so good food is available.

Facilities: The hotel has many facilities; although a bit old, they are very well maintained.
Cleanliness: Standard cleanliness. Amenities and drinking water were replenished and refilled.
Environment: Apart from the occasional sound of Thai motorbikes 'racing' down the street, being close to the elevated road does mean some noise. There's a Lawson and a 7-Eleven right outside, which is super convenient. On weekends, there are street food stalls. It's just a 10-minute walk to the Chulalongkorn University food street, with lots of popular internet-famous spots and Michelin-recommended restaurants – very convenient. The gym and pool are both excellent.
Service: Very good. They understood both English and Chinese.
