Twin Towers Hotel’s room was clean and comfortable. Convenient location with friendly staff, easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions.

So far, I’m really happy with my stay here. ❤️ The hotel attendant at the lobby was so accommodating. I was already really tired when I arrived, and he immediately helped me with my luggage. Such a small gesture, but I truly appreciated it. 🥰 The receptionists are also very kind and friendly. My room is spacious and comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised that they even cleaned the room while I was out buying something. Because of the good service, comfortable room, and friendly staff, I decided to extend my stay for another three days until my next flight. ✈️❤️ I guess that says a lot about how comfortable I feel here. 😊

and old and well known hotel i guess But it was not as good as i expected 1) in my room there were no charger near the bed that make it unable to charge the phone while lying on the bed. This is the biggest problem to me. 2) my sister borrowed and umbrella from the bellman and returned it right away. She noted the time at 3:15pm cuz she picked up takeaway from grab, returned the umbrella to the bellman. Later on the day we checked out, FO staff informed us that we didnt return the umbrella the day before and mentioned the fee of 300bath? I told him to check the CCTV at 3:15 but he ddint and tried to make peace. Anyway nothing happened but obviously not a good experience for us

The staff is really supportive, the location is also convinient for visiting the iconic places of Bangkok. The price is good also

Honestly, this hotel deserves no more than a 3-star rating. And the 3-star is only for the location. All the other things deserve 1-star. The only positives are its location and the lobby. Everything else was disappointing. The furniture is very old and of poor quality, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the bathroom had a constant unpleasant smell. The room had almost no soundproofing. Even though we were staying on the 11th floor, we could clearly hear traffic from the street, passing cars, and children playing in the pool as if the window were open. The room door was also made of very poor-quality wood, so every time someone walked through the hallway, we could hear their footsteps, doors slamming, and loud banging noises. There was never a moment of peace and quiet—between the traffic, the noise from other guests due to the lack of soundproofing, constant door slamming, and even sounds coming from the pipes inside the walls. I swear I can hear the mans cough and talking in the next room.. We also asked the hotel if they could store just one suitcase for us while we traveled to Phuket and returned to Bangkok. They refused, saying they would only do so if we had another reservation with them. I have stayed at lower-rated hotels that happily stored our luggage even though we were not coming back, so this was disappointing. We also asked if they could extend our checkout by just two hours since our flight was at 2:00 PM, but they refused without offering any flexibility. Overall, I would never stay at this hotel again, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
