I recently stayed at a stunning hotel that exceeded my expectations in every way. The property has a sophisticated, posh ambiance that instantly sets the tone for a luxurious stay. One of the standout features is the gorgeous pool, which is surrounded by stylish loungers and lush greenery, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The café adjacent to the pool offers delicious drinks and pastries, adding to the laid-back yet upscale vibe. Location-wise, the hotel is incredibly convenient. The BTS station is just a few minutes’ walk away, making it easy to explore the city. Right next door, there’s a fantastic restaurant serving a variety of dishes and a 7-11 for any quick snacks or essentials you might need. The staff were another highlight of my stay. They were not only friendly and professional but also multilingual, speaking Mandarin, English, and Thai fluently, which made communication effortless for a diverse range of guests. Overall, this hotel perfectly balances style, convenience, and comfort. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, it’s a wonderful choice that guarantees a memorable stay.

My holiday in Bangkok was made even more memorable thanks to my stay at Cascade Hotel Bangkok. From check-in to check-out, the service was impeccable, with staff who were incredibly friendly and professional. The room I stayed in was comfortable, clean, and modern. The plush bed and the tranquil atmosphere ensured I woke up refreshed every morning. The large windows offered a stunning view of Bangkok, especially at night when the city lights sparkled beautifully. One of the highlights of the hotel is its open-air restaurant with breathtaking city views. Dining there was an unforgettable experience. Every dish I tried was delicious, beautifully presented, and made with high-quality ingredients. The hotel’s location is also a major advantage, just steps away from a BTS station. This made exploring the city incredibly convenient. I could easily access tourist attractions, shopping centers, and popular restaurants throughout Bangkok. Other amenities, such as the serene swimming pool and fast Wi-Fi, added to the overall comfort of my stay. Everything was well-organized and thoughtfully arranged. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Cascade Hotel Bangkok. Exceptional service, a stunning open-air restaurant, and a strategic location make this a hotel I’d love to return to. Our recent stay at Cascade Hotel in Thailand exceeded all expectations, leaving us thoroughly impressed with its high value for money. Traveling as a family with one twin bed and one single bed, our accommodation needs were perfectly met, providing a comfortable and spacious haven for our stay. The aesthetic setup of the hotel immediately caught our attention upon arrival. The attention to detail in the room decor and common areas showcased the hotel's commitment to providing a visually pleasing and comfortable environment for guests. The staff at Cascade Hotel deserve special mention for their exceptional service. From the moment we checked in, their warm hospitality and willingness to assist with any queries made us feel genuinely welcomed. Their professionalism and friendliness added a personal touch to our overall experience, making our stay even more enjoyable. One of the standout features of Cascade Hotel is its strategic location, particularly for those keen on exploring Bangkok's iconic attractions. The hotel's proximity to the BTS made commuting a breeze, and being just a 5-minute ride away from Icon Siam, we found ourselves effortlessly immersed in the vibrant energy of this renowned shopping destination. What truly sets Cascade Hotel apart is its remarkable combination of affordability and quality. The CP (Cost-Performance) value of our stay was exceptional, offering a level of comfort and service that exceeded our expectations, especially considering the reasonable rates.

Staffs were extremely friendly and honest. Early check-in or late check-out will require an extra payment of 300 baht, but the cost seems reasonable. They held a 500 baht deposit for the keycards which they returned to me upon checking out. Room breakfast was basic but if you ordered the Cafe a la carte menu they were good for a stay-in lunch/ dinner. 7/11 just beside the hotel proves to be an excellent supper provider if you don't use the GRAB app for food delivery orders. The location is safe to walk in the night. Quite a few of residents will alight at the same BTS stops as you. You will find yourself very near ICONSIAM which is just a few stops away. Where you need to change trains via the Golden BTS line. Or you can take the ICONSIAM cruise which only costs 8baht/ per pax (a pretty cool ride to the mall). On the same BTS stop at Cascade Hotel, you can alight at SIAM station (many malls for shopping and eating) 30-minute ride CentralWorld. MBK Center. Siam Center. Siam Discovery. Siam Square. Gaysorn Village. Siam Square One. If you have more time on hand, you can visit Emsphere (the new mall) as well. where you need to change the train line at SIAM station. Overall cleanliness is good, I do not expect 100% perfect. There is some wear & tear and mold on the bathroom silicone but they didn't bother me As long as there is no hygiene issue. The environment in the hotel is great and lively. Many girlfriend groups and couples stay in the hotel for vacation. Each room has a balcony where you can enjoy your meal there or you can do it beside the pool. Super chill, vacation vibe. The hotel is along the quiet streets and it is a low-level building. Once in a while (every few hours?) you will hear motor vehicles riding through the streets. It did not affect my sleep and I felt rather safe to know the streets were not that empty. However, I feel that the room could be soundproof better as we could hear doors opening and the noise from the water pipe. I will visit again.
