Two families booked two rooms. The front desk was very enthusiastic and gave one of our families priority check-in (one of the children was sick and uncomfortable, Ctrip helped us negotiate); the receptionist was also very enthusiastic to teach us how to take a taxi and help us communicate with the driver. In this hotel, knowing some English is enough to communicate with many waiters, and Chinese is also used a lot. The location is prosperous, very good, and the room is also spacious.

Overall:
The toilet’s too old and honestly the hotel shall be renovated. Services are good, location is good but it cannot changed the fact that the facilities are very old and totally not up to 5 star standard. Worse 5-star hotel experience that i have got and i really wanted to change to another newer hotel on the second night. The toilets (esp the bathtub) is not clean and the bathtub is with dark spots/ marks that cannot be removed. The beds are cozy but reli the toilet’s disappointing. I didn’t use the bathtub at all!!! Quite pissed off when i saw toilet. Not dare to stay in a Sheraton hotel for a while. Four star maximum for this hotel. Miles away from Five star.

Very average and the selection is not as much. Disappointing and the restaurant is not big, or even a bit suffocated.
I am really disappointed for my stay, for the cost that i paid for two nights ($700USD, ard HK$5600) and you can find a lot more better hotels (much newer hotels) in bangkok for this price. Regretted that i booked this hotel and no way that it worths a 4.8/5 marks in trip.com.

It is connected to Asok BTS Station, and the Times Square, which is right next to a large shopping mall and Korean restaurants, is right next door, so the location is really good. As befitting the reputation of Sheraton, the hotel room is spacious and clean, the bedding is very cozy, and seasonal fruit is provided every day, and there was nothing lacking. The breakfast menu was great with a variety of menus, and the pool, fitness center, and spa facilities were clean and nice. In particular, the pool is not an open space, but it is decorated cutely, so it has a resort-like feel, and I was able to relieve my fatigue from the day in the hot water jacuzzi. The staff always smile and are really kind. This is my third visit, and I feel comfortable every time I come.
