We arrived late, but the reception was kind. The sea view from the room was great and the optional breakfast was delicious. The bad points were that someone left the electric kettle and coffee cups in the room while using them, and the lights in the room were broken.

Several jobs in the vicinity required an overnight stay. I found this place online amongst others and it looked like a nice area so I opted for it. Glad I did, warm friendly and welcoming on a cold night. i was told there was no evening meal that night but there was a pub across the road that also has a fish and chip shop attached. the bedroom was clean comfortable had 2 very comforting beds along with a sofa. I settled in for an hour before heading out for a pint and something to eat. Shower the next morning was warm and there was good capacity to turn it up (always a good sign). Breakfast was good with scrambled eggs of my choice arriving promptly with plenty of it on the plate. Would highly recommend this place if your in the area and want somewhere warm comfortable and welcoming.

Stayed here for one night as part of a charity round wales challenge for tenovus cancer. Arrived 7.30pm shown room which was adequate apart from large amount of mould in shower. Reported to reception and asked for duty manager...no show. Recetionist was professional and friendly. Had food in restaurant ordered mussels which were being advertised as a speciality of the area. I can only describe them as unedible. Complained to chef who couldn't care less and just shrugged his shoulders. Obviously bad management.

Shocking service from start to leaving the property. Staff very rude and one being aggressive and bagging on our door, all because I asked for the kettle to be changed because it was full of Dirt. Asked for management they wouldn't get them, so I emailed and sent messages to speak to them didn't get a reply from anyone. This was 2nd visit here the 1st visit was also a terrible one aswel but just thought the staff where having a off day. How wrong was i

Went to surprise our daughter who's at Bangor Uni, stayed in this ultra friendly, helpful hotel. They went above an beyond for my husband request. Cooked breakfasts amazing, plenty of food even do dinner which was so plentiful, tasty and good value. Room was clean tidy and big. Restuarant over looks pier & can see Menai Bridge. Beauitful rugged Wales at its best. Def be going back.

Eryl Mor is in a stunning location, the staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. The food is really nice, free parking is available and the Wi Fi is very good. The rooms are clean. If I had to make a criticism I would say Eryl Mor decor is tired, and in need of an update. But would definitely stay there again.

Stayed one night whilst visiting snowdonia, firstly the good points staff very helpful and also very friendly evening meal fab mussels and prawn starters excellent followed by lovely gammon and chips we asked the waiter to compliment the chef as it was so good, breakfast also good, the views from the dining room and our room number 20 are picture post code, the downside is the hotel needs some TLC our room was in the building next to the hotel on entry this building seemed very run down and was concerned going up the staircase of how bad our room would be on entry we found it to be passable great view but windows covered in bird poo room a bit tired in places, shower not great pressure very low, mould in the shower, a shame really as with a bit of TLC this hotel could go from average to very good.

Fantastic welcome, breakfast was absolutely beautiful best I’ve had in a long time , very clean hotel Donna served us she was so welcoming and helpful really made a difference to our stay. All the staff so friendly and go out of their way to check your stay is satisfactory we will be back

Firstly the staff are amazing, the evening food is simply outstanding - the quality of food is high-end restaurant flavours. I’m afraid that’s the good bit. The place is in serious need of a refurb, the hoover doesn’t appear to work and breakfast was shocking. This hotel has all the attributes of being fantastic and we’re it not for the staff and evening chef I’m sure this hotel would be 1 star. Such a shame.
