Clandeboye Lodge Hotel

Very good stay for 2 nights whilst visiting family. The room was very quiet, well furnished, spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Just a couple of very minor points which would make the stay perfect. The first being please put mugs in the rooms for tea and not very small cups, the kettle also did not fit under the tap which is mad. Finally, it was impossible to take a shower without flooding the floor due to the location of the shower faucet and the size of shower screen. The hotel would be better to install shower cubicles (removing the bath) when the rooms are next refurbished. Will definitely return as these minor points did not detract from what was otherwise a very good stay.

Attended a wedding there did not stay over. The wedding venue was fab, the room the service was in was great then we made our way to the bar area plenty of room and food. The meal was one of the best I have had at a wedding. The whole organisation was great many thanks to the girl looking after us all. A lovely day had by all, thank you to all concerned.very impressed.

Positives: I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this hotel. Really lovely hotel. Immaculate throughout. Staff lovely, especially Maggie on reception. Less positives: very hard to find any negatives but if I were to, it would be that the tea was weak, and coffee was weak and tepid throughout 2 day stay.

This time last week I was getting ready to go and meet my youngest daughter, her sister and best friend (bridesmaids) at the Clandeboye Lodge Hotel. We stayed over and had a very special evening together in anticipation of the wedding the next day. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful receptionist before heading to our rooms which were absolutely gorgeous. We then enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant where the atmosphere was so lovely, and the staff so efficient and helpful. As for the wedding day itself, to say it was perfect is an understatement and I don’t underestimate the effort that went into making it so by the hotel staff. I honestly couldn’t sing their praises enough for such a friendly, professional and seamless service throughout the whole day. So, I just want to say a massive thank you to all those concerned especially the wedding planner and MC (don’t want to put names on the internet but you know who you are)! My daughter and son-in-law had THE best day of their lives and I have received so many compliments from family and friends about the hotel that I felt compelled to write this review. So, if you are embarking on a wedding yourself, any other event or even just a hotel break, please do not hesitate to book the Clandeboye Lodge Hotel because I can honestly say that we wouldn’t have changed one thing about the day. Thanks again to all the staff and very best wishes for the future.

Absolutely fantastic stay in a luxury loft room, staff fantastic, breakfast, dinner and cocktails delicious! Took us right back to our wedding day last August 💕 we definitely hope to be back one day!

Hotel was great - but above all; the staff were really good. Suresh went above and beyond to JRP me with a situation that I had when leaving the hotel- he was brilliant.

Hi.. I paid £180 for my room which was ok but I was very disappointed with the shower which I had to step into a bath to use.. also there was some sort of machinery noise from below my room Mybe the kitchen,definitely not worth what I paid
