We live locally but called in for a cup of coffee on a Sunday morning. Susie looked after us as soon as we walked in the door and made us feel very welcome, what a star, we will certainly be back again soon, thanks again Susie!!! She also explained all the great offers available which was an added bonus!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The room was spotless, the water was hot, the tea was free. But there was too much noise coming from leaking air-con / next door bathroom (not sure which). The receptionist was very helpful and allocated a different room, this was slightly better , but there was loud noise from adjacent bathroom coming though air vents. Sound proofing should be improved.

I stayed here as part of a large party as we visited Bangor for the Choral Festival. Must say that the staff and the service they provided were outstanding. From the chefs, to the waiting staff and the bar staff, everyone provided a level of service far higher than I would have expected. Very friendly too! Great stuff!

What a great hotel with terrific staff in a wonderful town. Great places to visit nearby in Northern Ireland. It's near the sea with crystal clean water to swim . Lovely place.

Nice clean and comfortable Premier Inn, conveniently located for work when in Northern Ireland and I always receive a warm welcome whenever I stay which is usually a few times per year and the team always remember me which is a nice personal touch. As someone who travels a lot for work, this is a hotel I enjoy booking and staying in.

I arranged a stay for 65 people for 2 nights. Liaison with Bronach prior to our arrival was easy and she was at pains to ensure that our visit was a success. We all arrived at once and need an early dinner due to evening commi**ents. Easy and rapid check-in was arranged and the dining room opened early; the food was excellent. The hotel was bright, clean and well appointed. I have nothing but praise for Bronach and the staff who, were well led polite and efficient. The stay was faultless, thank you.
