The best spa hotel in Bosnia! The hotel is clean and modern, well maintained with all necessary facilities. The reception staff is friendly and professional. This would not be the case for a spa receptionist, she needs some training and more respect for guests. The hotel food is plentiful and good, but nothing special, a typical buffet. The biggest problem we had was the poor wi-fi in our room 332. In general, the Internet is not fast enough and often breaks, something the hotel management should take more seriously and improve.

Leider sehr enttäuschend! Die guten Bewertungen, die man so liest, sind schon ein paar Jahre alt und entsprechen leider nicht mehr der Realität. Viele der anderen Gäste die seit Jahren das hotel besuchen haben uns das leider bestätigt. Vor allem das Essen war für ein Wellness/Kurhotel sehr schlecht! Gesundes leckeres Essen sucht man hier vergebens. Frisches leckeres Gemüse oder Obst in der Hochsaison im Juni vergebens! Sehr schlechtes Kantinenessen! Der Service ist auch sehr bescheiden. Alle Leistungen sind stark von der Besucherzahl abhängig. Wenige Gäste heißt hier auch gleich extrem schlechter Service. WLAN in vielen Bereichen nicht verfügbar, Office corner fehlt gänzlich. Die Massagen sind zwar für deutsche Verhältnisse recht günstig, aber leider auch nicht besonders gut. Der Standard entspricht auf keinen Fall einen 4 Sterne Hotel!!! Schade!!!
