593 Hotel Boutique Banos had a great location and Paul was very helpful and accommodating with services during our stay. However, I have been very frustrated at my efforts to receive a refund after cancelling one of our nights well in advance of hotel policy and never receiving a refund. I sent multiple emails and also spoke directly to the desk upon arrival and they still have not refunded me for the cancellation. Very disappointed in the lack of effort to handle this when I followed the protocol for a full refund. For this reason, I would not stay in their hotel again.

Paul the manager was just excellent he made checkin So easy breakfast amazing and the bar made the best gin and tonic on my whole trip I truly enjoyed my stay 5 star service

Friendly staff, they were very knowledgeable of the area and helped us throughout our stay. Breakfast was great! Highly recommend the French toast.

Very family friendly! Nice details that our girls enjoyed, such as crayons in the restaurant and a trampoline in the yard.

This is a hidden gem! Just 5min from the centre of Banos but away from the tourist noise. Historic - I sat at the table of Ecuador's first President. Room was spacious and looked out on the garden. Great bar and restaurant. But best of all were the staff and service. Especially Paul who always went the extra mile and continues to do so as I forgot some stuff. Thank-you Paul and thank-you everybody!

A cute, charming, hotel with friendly staff The staff was very friendly and helpful! They had breakfast ready for us when we wanted it, called to have bikes delivered for us, and asked if we needed anything else. It was close to the thermal pools and quiet part of town. We enjoyed our stay!

Good location. Nice breakfast. Make sure you preorder your breakfast choice the night before at the bar area. The breakfast restaurant is connected to the hotel. Staff is friendly.

Hotel is in a Beautiful older home, and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The included breakfast at the restaurant next door was delicious! Good location by the waterfall and hot springs, walking distance to everything. I would go again!

Needs some TLC but great breakfast and service The service Paul provided was fabulous. He was really helpful. The room could use some attention, the bed sheets have had too much usage and could use replacing ( had some holes/stains). In the conditioner container, was clearly soap. A second night stand would be helpful. That being said, the breakfast and service was wonderful!
