Fuimos en un grupo de 5 personas, así que seleccionamos una habitación con bunk beds. Sin embargo, nos guiaron a un "edificio anexo" que no se veía tan agradable como en las fotos. Nos quedamos únicamente una noche, pero dormir estuvo complicado pues se escuchaba todo el ruido del hotel, varios gritos de huéspedes en el lobby y alguien llegó a golpear fuertemente la puerta a las 3am. Si bien esos sucesos no están dentro de la responsabilidad de Selina Baños como tal, se podría mejorar la experiencia de las personas que se hospedan en esas habitaciones si tuvieran un nivel mayor de insonoridad. Además, la habitación era helada, por más que cerrara la ventana, seguía entrando aire frío por todos lados, y la cobija provista no era suficiente para calentar. Las áreas comunes nos gustaron mucho, son bastante estéticas y llamativas. Y amamos el drink de bienvenida, estuvo espectacular. Pero no volveríamos con la misma confianza de antes.

The Selina was in a great location. Our stay came with a welcome drink & breakfast which were very good! We decided to have dinner there too with our complementary drink. The food was very good & even reasonably priced for the quality! The view from scenic roof top restaurant topped it all off for a great experience! It is perfect for backpackers & weekend trips. Once checked out they will store your luggage & you are still able to shower & nap in the lobby accommodations. The staff was bilingual, welcoming & helpful!

La estadía en el hotel fue excepcional, el personal demostró un servicio excelente, siempre atento y amable. La atención al detalle y la disposición para ayudar hicieron que la experiencia fuera muy buena. La apariencia del hotel es maravillosa, desde la entrada hasta las habitaciones, la limpieza y el mantenimiento contribuyen a una experiencia visualmente agradable. Definitivamente recomendaría este hotel.
