Hanennin Baños hier 2 Nöchte übernachtet. Sehr schönes Hotel, grosse Zimmer mit bequemen und grossem Bett. mit Regendusche im Bad und immer heisses Wasser. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Spa ist professionell geführt und die Massagen sind sehr zu empfehlen. Das Personal im ganzen Hotel sehr freundlich. Fazit: gerne wieder wenn wir nach Baños kommen

The hotel was great in general with large comfortable rooms in a convenient location. Just a couple of minor concerns: The room safe was not user friendly and the system was not really safe. Then there were no towel rails nor hooks. The included breakfast was good and varied.

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. The view out of our room featured the waterfall which was even more spectacular in the evening when it was lit up with colors. The included breakfast had a nice variety. We also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, which was really nice to relax. Our friend had a nice massage. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that the safe did not work in our room. They tried to fix it, but were not able to. They offered to move our room but we were already half unpacked and the new room would not have the spectacular view. I wish they would have just replaced it.
