Apartments Sunrise Banovci

My experience staying at Sunrise Banovci from May 12th to 14th, 2023, was quite negative. There were several major shortcomings that affected the quality of my stay. The primary and most significant issue was that we were without Wi-fi connection for two days. This was extremely inconvenient, especially in today's time when internet connectivity has become essential for communication and work. Unfortunately, the staff did not respond to our complaint regarding this issue, which worsened the situation. Another problem was the lack of basic amenities in the room. For instance, there were no hangers, making it challenging to store clothes and maintain the room's tidiness. Additionally, there were no small hand towels provided, which reduced the comfort and practicality of our stay. Furthermore, it was disappointing that there wasn't even a single glass in the room. This is a basic amenity that one would expect in any accommodation. Despite the nice location and potentially positive aspects, these shortcomings significantly impacted my experience at Sunrise Banovci. The inability to use Wi-fi, the lack of hangers, small hand towels, and glasses all diminished the quality and comfort of our stay. I hope that the establishment takes these comments seriously and addresses them to ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests.

I saw this “romantic getaway “ on IG page of some slovenian influencers and it looked like an amazing place to stay. Well when we arrived the apartment looked amazing, you have a sauna and jacuzzi which is amazing by itself. But then when the first impression passes by you see so many mistakes. There were ants everywhere, on the bed on the floor and on the wooden thing next to sauna. I got ants all over my clothes and the cleanliness was also terrible. The girls working at the front dask were really nice and wanted to help with everything, but the boss is really a big pain in the ass. There were some problems and he didn’t do anything to help us out and try to fix the problem. Terribly disappointed! But the breakfast was amazing!
