When our room's AC was not cold, the hotel staff responded well, immediately conditioning it so it was cool enough.
The food is quite delicious. The room space is spacious and comfortable.

The service is friendly... the breakfast has quite a lot of variety, but the taste is just ordinary. As for cleanliness, the room is quite clean, but the AC isn't cold enough... it takes a long time to cool down

The hotel is actually one of the best in the area. The service is good, the staff is friendly, food during the breakfast is delicious. Had no problems at all during my stay. They offer a private tours which are pretty expensive though
