Nice place the hotel Is quite fancy. Love the stuff amazing services

A bad experience; the hotel staff watched while I struggled up a flight of stairs with two suitcases. I requested two keys and was told not available but one did appear later when we went out in the evening. Room small, bed very uncomfortable, hard and thin mattress. Nowhere for a suitcase. Safe not working, rectified later in the evening, too late as I had to take valuables out with me. The breakfast was diabolical, coffee undrinkable, green tea was an option. Both Western and Vietnamese food was limited and what was available was poor. The shower control is the best I have seen, pity the open shower was too small which allowed the small bathroom floor to get flooded. Guests, (workmen) from an associated and much cheaper hotel were allowed to use the breakfast area. I highly suggest that no one ever uses this establishment at any price.

Bao Loc is a tranquil city with few residents. I choose this hotel because of its lake view. After I checked in, I found that lake near hotel is too small and room with limited space. It makes me a little disappointed, but staff served with enthusiasm and behave politely and patiently.

Poor amenities in room by the room is clean and ready. . The morning all day dining ABF is really poor . Nothing with much of things to say .

Great standard of hotel.

Definitely the RIGHT place to stay in BaoLoc - turn left out the front entrance, left again at the T and about less than 500m up the road, on the right, is an awesome fresh seafood restaurant (it’s an open store / all the insides are seafood and cooking, so you sit on the street, or get take-out. Or get a rotisserie BBQ chicken locally.

Facility is so so but staff is friendly

From the time I checked in to the time I left after breakfast, everything was so wonderful. The breakfast was very rich and the service staff were very friendly. I will definitely stay again if I have the opportunity. My friends who traveled with me praised it highly.

I chose Sandals Vista for my business trip. I was really satisfied, the hotel is very nice, everything is well-organized. The receptionist is friendly and always enthusiastic in supporting guests. The room was very clean. Thank you to the staff of Sandals Vista. Will definitely come back here for the next business trips.

The hotel is centrally located, clean rooms, enthusiastic staff, breakfast with many dishes... my family and I were very satisfied with our stay here.

There are ants on the bed, not just one or two years, it was the same last year; breakfast is OK if it is self-service, but when there are few guests, you have to order, which is not very good. They provide yogurt, which was supposed to be free, but you have to pay for it when you order it. I argued with them and they didn't charge. It was originally provided for breakfast, but they had to make it seem so precious. Overall, the price-performance ratio is very poor, but there is no choice.
