必須誇一下老闆！主動熱情，車剛剛停下來，他就主動幫助提行李，並搬上樓！第二天早上一早起來趕火車，他聽到響聲立馬跑上樓幫忙拎箱子！這是一種主動服務的態度！這是許多星級酒店服務都難以望其項背的責任心！
