前台服務態度極差！房間極其不隔音！
辦理入住前台説給我們升級成同價位的高級房間，我就想問問什麼叫同價位的高級房間？？？老闆有兩個酒店，一個叫華庭商旅，一個叫金牛宮，都是一個前台，酒店的人懶得打掃衞生，就把當天入住的人全放到一條走廊，美名其曰同價位高級房間。
房間用木板隔音吵的要死，根本不值這個價，半夜隔壁電視聲音賊大，隔壁的隔壁帶小孩哭鬧不止，還不如開車去公園睡一晚。給前台打電話，前台説是我們同意換房間的，其他什麼都不管，它意思是我同意換房間我活該被吵唄？辦理入住的時候也沒説是華庭的房子，我訂的金牛宮被換成那個噁心死了。
那天晚上和被子接觸過的皮膚也是渾身發癢，不知道怎麼回事。
幾周前定過金牛宮的房子，當時還覺得這個酒店老闆很用心，提供的東西都是一次性的，所以這次回來才繼續住的，結果這次被噁心死了，算是長記性了。

作為一家三星標準酒店，硬件設施是完善的，房間寬敞、明亮、乾淨，特別是服務很暖心，大堂裏有免費的咖啡、水果和小糕點供住店享用，服務員態度熱情，停車也很方便。性價比超高，推薦。
